This 400mm asphalt cutting diamond blade comes with a total of 24 segments, including 4 drop segments, designed for efficient asphalt and green concrete cutting. Drop segments provide extra protection to the core, reduce undercutting, and improve cutting stability. All of our asphalt blades use laser welding to enhance welding strength, prevent segment loss, and extend working life. The big slot design allows faster chip ejection, lowers heat buildup, and prevents blade warping. It is compatible with walk-behind saws, handheld saws, and road saws, ideal for road construction, pavement repair, and utility installation projects.
