Diamond Cup Wheels

Diamond cup wheels are widely used on angle grinders, handheld polishers, floor grinders, and surface grinding machines for various applications. When equipped with diamond segments, they can be used for grinding the surface of stone and concrete floors. When equipped with PCDs, they are ideal for removing floor coatings such as epoxy, glue, paint, varnish, and more.

We have developed various segment types for diamond cup wheels, including rectangle, arrow, zigzag, Z-shape, and T-shape. A wide range of diamond grits and bond types are available. Common sizes include 100 mm (4″), 125 mm (5″), 180 mm (7″), 230 mm (9″), and up to a maximum of 250 mm (10″). The common connections are 22.23 mm, M14, and 5/8″-11.
