This PCD-type diamond grinding shoe features 3 quarter-round PCDs and 1 segment bar, designed for efficient floor coating removal. With the redi-lock quick-change system, it is made for Wolff grinders. The PCDs and segment are welded in fixed positions to ensure tool consistency. High-strength silver brazing is used to firmly secure the PCDs.
We have developed a variety of PCD-type diamond grinding shoes, including PCD only, PCD + sacrificial bar, and PCD + tungsten carbide. PCD shoes are directional – don’t forget to choose the correct direction when purchasing. All our tools are securely packed in hard boxes, with 6 or 9 pieces per box.
