Wall Cutting Blades

Wall cutting blades are thicker than other blades to increase stability. Their diameters are usually larger than 600mm, for cutting thick walls made of concrete, reinforced concrete, brick, masonry, etc. They require different connection hole designs to fit various wall cutting machines, such as those from Hilti, Husqvarna, Tyrolit, and other brands. We can manufacture blades with combined connection holes, making them compatible with multiple machine brands for easy switching.

We offer different types of wall cutting blades: Arix segments + laser welding or other segments + high-frequency welding. Arix & laser blades are designed for fast cutting of concrete and reinforced concrete, while high-frequency welded blades are suitable for cutting walls made of other materials.
