Metal Bond Cup Wheels

Metal bond diamond cup wheels are designed for grinding and leveling stone, concrete, terrazzo, and other hard materials. They are widely used on angle grinders (such as Bosch, Hilti, Tyrolit, etc.), floor grinders, and handheld polishers. Choosing the right diamond grit size and bond hardness ensures optimal performance for different material hardness and grinding conditions.

We provide segmented diamond cup wheels in various sizes, ranging from 100 mm (4″) to 250 mm (10″). Different segment types are provided to suit different grinding applications, including rectangle, arrow, zigzag, Z-shape, and more. Optional diamond grits: 6#, 10#, 16#, 20#, 25#, 30#, 60#, 80#, 100#, 120#, 180#, 220#. Optional bonds: Very hard, Hard, Medium, Soft, Very soft, Extremely soft.
