Bush Hammer Rollers

Our bush hammer rollers are designed for use on angle grinders, bridge saws, and other equipment, to create scratching finishes on stone surfaces. We supply carbide rollers, PCD rollers, and vacuum brazed rollers. For carbide or PCD rollers, the cutting material is square-shaped, and we use one corner for scratching at a time. Each cutting material can be used 4 times, which greatly improves the tool’s service life. For vacuum brazed rollers, you can choose different diamond grits depending on the application.

The cutting materials can be either carbide heads or PCD heads. The carbide type is more cost-effective and designed for cutting soft stones such as marble, limestone, etc. The PCD type is more universal and can be used on all kinds of stones, including granite, marble, and others. It lasts much longer than the carbide type.

We have developed two standard bush hammer scratching rollers for angle grinders and bridge saws, offering reliable cutting performance and proven quality. The cutting heads are supported separately, and you can purchase extra heads for replacement.
