Bush Hammer Plates

Different from bush hammer heads which only have one carbide roller, bush hammer plates come with several carbide rollers mounted on a round plate. High-quality materials are used, including tungsten carbide, bearings, oil seals, stands, bolts, and other components. The reasonable structure and dustproof design help to extend the lifespan.

There are two types available: single-layer plates and double-layer plates. The difference is that the double-layer type features two plates: one is the base plate where the carbide rollers are mounted, and the other is a connection plate. These two plates are connected by several springs, which serve a shock-absorbing function, making it ideal for bush hammering uneven stone surfaces.

In most cases, the stone surface is already smooth and even, so our single-layer plates are sufficient to handle general grinding projects. Our standard connection uses three installers, but it can also be customized to other types, such as quick-change systems for single-head manual stone grinding machines.
