This 300mm bush hammer plate features 6 carbide rollers, designed to create a bush hammered profile/finish on the surface of granite, marble, and other stones. Each roller is equipped with 60 carbide tips, providing aggressive grinding. With 3 installers on the plate, it is compatible with manual polishing machines, modified bridge saws, and other bush hammering machines. The high-quality bearings and dustproof design extend the lifespan.
We have developed a series of rotary bush hammer plates with different carbide types and roller quantities for creating various bush hammered finishes. The common sizes of our bush hammer plates include 300mm, 350mm, and 400mm. Other sizes can be customized.
