This 150mm rotary bush hammer plate comes with 4 knurling-type carbide rollers. It is ideal for texturing the surface of soft stones such as marble to create a fine bush-hammered finish. Two rollers are installed inwards, and two rollers are installed outwards to enlarge the grinding area and optimize efficiency. You can also mount them all in the same direction. There are 5 pairs of mounting holes on the plate, allowing you to adjust it for your specific bush hammering projects. The M14 connection makes it compatible with commonly used angle grinders such as Hilti, Bosch, Makita, etc.
The outstanding quality of the knurling rollers ensures great performance. You can easily assess the quality of our bush hammers directly from their appearance. Our knurling rollers are much lighter and more angular.
We have developed a series of 150mm bush hammer plates for use on angle grinders: point type, gear type, and knurling type, for creating different types of bush-hammered profiles. Each bush hammer plate is fully protected in a hard box filled with foam. In addition to the complete bush hammer plate, we also provide replaceable carbide rollers. To save on costs, you can purchase some rollers as replacements.
In addition to the bush hammer plate and replaceable carbide rollers, we also offer two different steel covers to help protect the operators during bush hammering. One provides general protection, and the other has a cube to connect to a vacuum cleaner for dust collection. Please note that the covers are designed for specific models of Bosch or Makita angle grinders.

- Lastly, you may choose to make the steel cover locally instead of purchasing it directly from us. While we don’t recommend this, as our steel cover has been updated through several versions and fits better, it is possible if you have a local place to customize the steel cover.
