This 250mm (10 inch) floor grinding diamond plate is equipped with 10 quarter PCDs and 20 sacrificial bars, for removing common floor coatings like epoxy, glue, paint, varnish, adhesives, and more. There are 10 spirals for welding PCD and segments. To achieve a maximum output, we weld PCD and segments staggered on each spiral. The sacrificial segments help to limit the cutting depth and protect the floor surface. Multi connection holes not only help for quick installation on floor grinders like EDCO, MK, Blastrac and more, but also can reduce the weight and save the shipping cost.
