How Do I Choose the Right Diamond Tool for My Needs?

To choose the right diamond tool, here are 3 basic factors you need to consider:

  1. The connection type and size of the diamond tool;
  2. The materials the diamond tool is applied to—granite, marble, concrete, or others?
  3. The performance you want to achieve with the diamond tool.

The 3 information are also required when placing a production order. Let’s take a diamond saw blade as an example. Based on the three points above, you may need a diamond blade with:

  1. Arbor size: 50/60mm; Diameter: 350mm;
  2. Suitable for cutting concrete;
  3. Fast cutting, dry cutting, silent core.

The above serves as a basic framework for selecting the right diamond tools. Anyway, if you are unsure how to choose the right diamond tools, just contact us, and we will confirm each detail with you to ensure you purchase the best possible products for your needs.

What’s the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) of Your Products?

We don’t have a high MOQ limit for our customers, allowing you to place a sample order and test the tools first. Generally speaking, some products may not have an MOQ requirement if they are already in stock. Most of our products are not pre-stocked and need to be manufactured to order, but the MOQ will still be low.

For example, the MOQ for our HTC concrete grinding shoes is only 6 pieces, as the minimum packing quantity is 6. Share your order details and quantities with us, and we will confirm whether we can make that quantity of tools for you.

Can I Have My Company Logo Printed on the Diamond Tools?

The lead time is only an estimate, as it depends on the order details and our production schedule. Before you place an order, we may already have other orders in production or waiting in line. So, we need to arrange all orders properly.
