This 150mm bush hammer plate is equipped with 4 gear-type carbide rollers for texturing the surface of granite, marble, concrete, and other stone materials to achieve a fine bush-hammered finish. Two rollers are mounted inward and the other two are mounted outward to create a larger grinding area. Each carbide roller has 5 pairs of mounting holes, arranged from inside to outside. You can adjust the grinding area by mounting the roller on different holes. With an M14 connection, it is compatible with common angle grinders.
We provide various 150mm bush hammer plates for angle grinders, including tips type, gear type, and knurling type. High-quality original YG8 tungsten carbide, bearings, and sealing rings ensure excellent performance. The dust-free structure of the rollers extends their lifespan.
Separate carbide rollers are available for replacement. You can keep some rollers in stock for quick mounting to reduce downtime.
What’s more, you may also need a steel cover to protect the operator during bush hammering. We offer two different types of steel covers for 150mm angle grinder bush hammer plates: one for protection only, and the other with a side tube for connecting a vacuum cleaner for dust collection.
