This 150mm bush hammer plate is designed with 4 carbide-tipped rollers for texturing the surface of granite, marble, concrete, and other stones. It is ideal for creating decorative bush-hammered profiles on stone surfaces, floor preparation, making non-slip surface, and removing floor coatings such as epoxy, paint, glue, etc.
High-quality carbide rollers, bearings, and seals are used to ensure high performance and a long lifespan. With an M14 connection, it is compatible with most common angle grinders. Other connection can be customized as you request.
Compared with a general 150mm angle grinder bush hammer tool, this one is much heavier and provides more stable grinding performance.
This tool has two layers and is well-designed. Two rollers are mounted on the inner side, and the other two are on the outer side to maximize output and achieve high grinding efficiency. All the carbide rollers are covered by steel plate, providing initial protection for the operators.
Optional steel covers are available for protection and for connecting a vacuum cleaner to collect grinding dust. Two types of steel covers are supplied: with or without a tube. If you have a vacuum cleaner, we recommend choosing the cover with a tube. However, it’s important to note:
- Our steel cover is specially designed for specific models of Bosch and Makita angle grinders.
- You can use our steel cover directly if you’re using the same Bosch or Makita models.
- You can also customize the steel cover at Xpert Diamond Tools – we can help you build one to suit your specific angle grinder.
- A complete package of this tool is also available, including the bush hammer plate, steel cover, and angle grinder (Bosch or Makita).
- You can also make the steel cover yourself if you have the necessary equipment and materials, or have it custom-made at a local workshop.
Spare carbide rollers are supplied separately for replacement. You can purchase extra rollers in advance to minimize downtime.
