This bush hammer plate is a double-layer type and has a smaller diameter of 125mm. It is designed for use on angle grinders for various applications, including creating bush-hammered profiles on the surface of granite and marble, making non-slip surfaces on stone or concrete floors, and removing floor coatings such as epoxy, paint, etc. The smaller size makes it more flexible for use in narrow spaces.
High-quality YG8 carbide tips and other components like bearings, bolts, and seals are used to ensure high performance and a long lifespan. The dust-free design of the roller structure extends its working life. Separate carbide rollers are supplied for replacement. You can purchase extra rollers together with the bush hammer plate to reduce downtime.
What’s more, the steel cover is optional. We provide two types of steel covers – with or without a tube. The one with a tube can be connected to a vacuum cleaner to collect dust and provide a much better working environment.

- You can choose our steel covers directly if you are using the same model of angle grinder.

- A complete bush hammer package is available, including a bush hammer plate, a steel cover, and a Bosch angle grinder. They are all well-mounted and ready to use straight out of the box, with no extra effort required.
- You can also make the steel cover yourself if you have the necessary tools, or have it customized locally. However, it’s much more convenient to purchase it from us to save time and effort.
