This classic HTC diamond grinding shoe is equipped with 2 segment bars, sized at 40x10x12mm. In most cases, we weld the segments on the wider side (40x12mm), leaving a segment height of 10mm. However, in this tool, the segments are welded on the narrow side (40x10mm), resulting in a segment height of 12mm. This setup reduces the contact area between the segment and the surface of concrete and terrazzo floors, making the tool more aggressive.
