This short diamond core drill bit features crown segments for drilling small holes in granite, marble, concrete, reinforced concrete, and other hard materials. Compared with bar-type segments, the crown segment is a single piece, which provides a larger welding area, stronger welding strength, and prevents segment loss. Moreover, the crown segment has a larger volume, which also provides a longer lifespan.
We can manufacture crown-segmented core drill bits ranging from a minimum size of 13mm to a maximum size of 50mm. For core drill bits above 50mm, we use bar-type segments. Different connections are available, including round shank, G 1/2″, 5/8″-11, and M14. You can also customize the connection to others, such as BSP 1/2″. Each short diamond core drill bit is packed well in a hard box, filled with foam.
