This M-shaped diamond segment is a multi-layer type, designed for cutting granite, sandstone, and other hard stones. With its M shape and tapered sides, it minimizes the contact area between the blade and the stone, reducing friction, making cutting smoother, and preventing blade jamming.
We have developed different grades of excellent diamond formulas for granite and sandstone cutting, to meet various cutting performance and price requirements. They have been approved by our customers in different countries. The segment height options include 12mm, 15mm, and 20mm.
We provide 24mm length segments for diamond blades ranging from 900mm to 3500mm in diameter. Please refer to the table below to check the relationship between the blade diameter, segment size, and segment quantity.
